Dusters will play Saturday evening at Rooster Walk

The Infamous Stringdusters, the band that headlined RW3 and played one of the most legendary sets in Rooster Walk history, is returning to Martinsville this Memorial Day weekend for a 2-hour Saturday set!

The Dusters sound like no one else, combining virtuosic chops on five traditional bluegrass instruments, with an ethos of pushing the genre forward. The Stringdusters’ live shows take improvised string band music to new places, combining musicianship and songwriting with experimental performance and a contagious energy flowing between the band and crowd.

Rooster Walk 6 will take place May 22-25 at the idyllic Blue Mountain Festival Grounds near Martinsville, Va. The family-friendly fest, which features on-site camping and kids activities, will feature two-hour sets of music from Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, The Infamous Stringdusters, Anders Osborne, the Pimps of Joytime, Particle, Yarn and Stephane Wrembel & His Band.
