We encourage carpooling! For that reason, we permit each vehicle to have two tents per Car Camping/ Premium Car Camping pass purchased. We ask that patrons are reasonable with the amount of space that they take up (no unneccessary or greedy “sprawling”), and we ask that patrons are kind and respectful toward their camping neighbors.
Yes, we will have a shower trailer on the General Admission camping ridge and a shower trailer in VIP for VIP patrons. Showers cost $5 per shower, so be sure to bring cash.
No, an RV requires an RV pass (large or small). RVs are not permitted in the Car Camping areas.
Camping or sleeping in a vehicle in the GA/ VIP Car Parking areas is not permitted. No exceptions.
QUIET generators are permitted in the General Admission and VIP RV areas, though they must be turned off at night from 10pm until 8am.
The festival itself does not provide a sewage truck, but the portajohn company that is on site all weekend does provide pump outs. You’ll see the big pump trucks around the venue every day and patrons usually flag down the driver and line up an individual pump out for a fee. Otherwise, you would dump off site. One option that our staff frequents is Indian Heritage RV Park in Martinsville, VA for a fee.
Unfortunately, no. Virginia law doesn’t permit outside alcohol at all when there is an alcohol permit on the premises. We try to keep our prices really low to accommodate.
Anyone with a 4-day GA, a Sunday single day pass, or a 3-day GA pass (but doesn’t arrive until Friday or later) is permitted to camp on Sunday night. Everyone must be off the venue site by 10am on Monday.
If you can park your vehicle in a standard grocery store parking space, you will want to purchase a Car Camping Pass or a Premium Car Camping Pass.
If your vehicle extends beyond a standard size vehicle parking space, you need an RV pass. RV passes come in small and large sizes.
Yes, we will have ice available for purchase, along with many other necessities at the General Store (located near the festival merch tent in the middle of the venue). Ice is also available for purchase at the Eye Level Bar on the GA Camping Ridge.
