Each year, we have two partner hotels for the Rooster Walk Music & Arts Festival. This year, we’ll be partnering with the Quality Inn – Dutch Inn, located in Collinsville, Va. We will also be partnering with a Danville-area hotel, the exact hotel still TBD.
HOTEL SHUTTLE HOURS
Our free VisitMartinsville.com Fan Shuttle will run on a constant loop from the festival grounds to our partner hotels. These shuttles are 15-passenger vans. Patrons arriving at the festival will be dropped off inside the main box office area (Gate 2). Patrons leaving the festival should wait at the pre-marked shuttle pick up location, which will be just below the main box office area (Gate 2).
We’ll have two shuttle vans going on a constant loop to Martinsville, with one stop at the Quality Inn – Dutch Inn and another in front of El Norteno (730 E. Church St., Martinsville, #28) at Patrick Henry Mall. You can expect a shuttle to pick up/drop off at each location roughly every 30 minutes.
We’ll have one shuttle van going on a constant loop to Danville (Hampton Inn). You can expect the shuttle van to pick up/drop off from each location approximately every 60-75 minutes.
OFF-SITE PARKING SHUTTLES
Our free shuttle service from the off-site parking lot to the festival grounds, provided in partnership with Carlisle School and Max Kendall Lumber & Tin, will run on a constant loop all four days of the festival. These shuttles are school buses. Patrons arriving at the festival will be dropped off inside the main box office area (Gate 2). Patrons leaving the festival should wait at the pre-marked shuttle pick up location, which will be just below the main box office area (Gate 2).
ALL on-site parking passes are sold out. If you have not already purchased an on-site parking pass, please make plans to use our free shuttle service and offsite parking lot. The nearest street address is 1 Brenda Drive, in Axton, Va., (the lot is at the corner of the Hwy 58 and Stoney Mountain Drive intersection. It has RW signage and is across the street from the Eastman building on Stoney Mountain Drive).
Off-site parking is free of charge and located less than a 5 minute shuttle ride from the festival. Please know that camping is NOT allowed at the off-site parking lot, and patrons are responsible for any belongings that they leave inside their vehicles while parked at the off-site lot.
