Program Descriptions

Slack-Librium- Mindfulness in the Morning

Begin your day with mindfulness and meditation. Every morning at 11:00 a.m., Slack-Librium will be offering guided meditations and mindfulness discussion circles for anyone who’s interested in participating. We’ll explore different types of meditations each morning ranging from simple breath-based techniques, to loving-kindness meditation, to eye gazing! After our practice is complete, we’ll open up the circle for discussion and exploration of our thoughts, feelings and experiences with each other in a safe, comfortable and compassionate environment.

Slack-Librium – Orientation

This workshop is designed to fully answer the question: What is Slack-Librium? You’ll learn about this group’s history, values and mission as an organization while providing an introduction and orientation to their slackline park and instructional methods. The workshop will conclude with hands-on slackline instruction and then our park will be open until 10 p.m.!
